Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional false adverti*****t from Mitmak Motors

On their aparent very friendly radio adverti*****t they create the impression that they have friendly staff, great service and are interested in buying or selling second hand cars.

I thought let me give them a try as I’m in the market for selling my vehicle. The receptionist is as unfriendly and unprofessional as you can get, while shouting to the “manager” if his line is available for a call.

Upon talking to the “manager”, who is also not friendly at all, he started enquiring about the vehicle that I was about to sell, asking what fabricant, model, year, kilometers and what price I was expecting. After all these information were provided it became evident that they are only interested in set brands and models of cars and tell you in the most rudest way that he won’t buy my brand of car for any price.

I’ve asked the “manager” why he would give the impression that he will be interested in buying the car from me as he went through all the trouble asking all the details regarding the vehicle, his reply was that they are not interested in certain brands of cars.

If you are driving any brand of vehicle that’s not on their pre-defined list, please don’t contact them to sell your vehicle.
