Post-sales treatment

Just like any sales persons, the service is great until they make that sale. I got my car there and it was scheduled to be delivered, upon delivery I was told all was in order and that all I need to do is register it under my name and the fee would be refunded. Other cars are handed over to the clients with petrol and mine wasn’t. Well that did not bother me much. When I went to Natis, I was told there were no roadworthy records on the car, I had to go do that myself, cool I did that, after registration I contacted the guy who helped me with the sale so that I could be refunded and he only blue ticked me, til today. What bothers me the most is the fact that these people make us write nice reviews about them before they show us their true colours. When the car was delivered they made sure I write a beautiful review that could mislead other innocent people. I hate the fact that most beautiful reviews here might be a lie.
