What a unprofessional service from Wayne Fitchat (really not your average salesman). After all my effort car gets sold with the company having my 10k holding deposit on the car!! Please if you really have to use them, please please make use of their F&I otherwise NO DEAL I am sure its about the commission. They then promised to get me another car till now lucky for me got hold of a dealership that know how to handle its clients. Imagine signing a delivery note before seeing a car what a joke!!!! Payment must be released from bank before you take delivery please benchmark against your competitors there is a reason they nr 1 in the business.
