Poor Service

I recently purchased a vehicle at Mit Mak Motors in Pretoria. I signed all the documents on the 18th Sept 2021 but could not take delivery as I was promised by the dealership that the concerns that I had raised during test-drive were to be addressed on Monday 20th Sept with delivery anticipated on the same day or day after. The vehicle was subsequently delivered over a week later though not all concerns were resolved. To date almost 6 weeks later the vehicle is in and out of workshop with no luck of fixing it for good. There is no regular communication from dealership on the status of the vehicle unless a customer follows up. My advise to customers is to never sign any documents until a vehicle has been fully repaired particularly if there were concerns raised during a test drive.
