Poor service

<div>The service from Mit Mak was the most disappointing I've had in a long time. Before signing the OTP, I requested the AA test certificate, apparently they could only furnish it after I've paid for the vehicle. I refused and the salesman, Charles, said what they can do is send me a letter confirming that if there are any mechanical issues on the vehicle, they will gladly reverse the transaction. I accepted the letter, paid cash and not even a week later the car's engine light came on. They came and fetched the car, "fixed it". a couple of days later, the same issue occured, again we returned the car. We had to phone and follow up constantly, when I finally had enough and said I wanted the deal cancelled, then all of a sudden I got emails and phone calls with what is wrong with the vehicle. Long story short, I went to the Ombudsman who found in my favour and wouldn't you know it, Mit Mak didn't adhere to their instructions either.&nbsp;</div>
