PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MIT MAK MOTORS DONT TRUST THEM!!!

Got the most PATHETIC service from them. Bought a car in Feb 2022 from them a week later there were small problems like the door handle that unhook. It took them 3 weeks to give me a date to bring the car back to fix. After 6 months the engine light and another light went on. Took it in Sept 2022 when I enquired the whole time there was excuses and they will phone back but never did. After a month we went there and the guy who was supposed to help us was "Fired". A new guy helped us and said they are giving it priority. In November after speaking for the 100th time to the deputy CEO they decided to replace the engine luckily I took the extended policy. Got the car end of November and 2nd week in December the engine light goes on again but I had to take it back because they "Forgot" to get police clearance on the engine and had to reregister it again. They fixed the problem with the engine light but they could not reregister my car because by that time the License Department were closed. We agreed early January they will give me the papers and the service book which got lost between the first guy and the 2nd. Been trying to phone then since the 3rd of January but no answer. Now my license disk expire end of Feb and I cannot renew my license because of the engine number that differ. Still can't get no feedback from them. And the worst of all I have bee waiting for my sticker since I bought the car as they sprayed the door but never replaced the sticker. Every time they use an excuse that they ordered it. Never ever buy a car from Mit Mak Motors their after sales service are PATHETIC!!!!!!!
