OVER-PROMISED AND UNDER-DELIVERED

I worked with Hein, and there were quite a few hiccups on their side during the process. The salesman over-promised and under-delivered. The salesman made a few undertakings and promises that were not kept. I most definitely did not receive the stellar service that their CEO advertised on social media. I am a bit disappointed with their service. They delivered the car even though there are two issues that are still to be fixed, and we reside in another province, so it will inconvenience us greatly to try to get the car back to them for the issues to be sorted.
