Outstanding Service from Juan at Mit Mak Motors!

I urgently required to sell my Audi RS3, and my first point of contact was Mit Mak because of the radio adverts, but also their great portfolio of vehicle listed on Instagram.

I was contacted by Mit Mak within 30 minutes of Sell your Car page on their website and arranged for a viewing on a Saturday with Juan from Mit Mak. Within 45 minutes of viewing the vehicle and test drive Juan contacted me as promised with an updated offer.

Subsequent to that I also requested offers from other major car dealerships, who did not even come close to the initial offer received from Mit Mak and did not continue with any further negotiations with them.

Juan assisted me with everything I needed in order to finalize the deal, available day or night to take my calls. I had professional dealings from their contact center right through to their technical team. Once all the required paperwork was in place, the vehicle was collected and paid for on the same day.
