Outstanding after service

My late husband and I purchased a Audi from MIT Mak in 2019 , as a woman alone I don't know much about cars, I noticed that when I drove on the highway my car was making a huming noise, without hesitation I call Mit mak's General Manager and asked for advice he stated that the car would be picked up the following day and all possibilities of the huming will be checked , within 2 hours he called me and explained that the tires had flat spots and assure me that he will contact the company of Tyre as this was unacceptable he managed to get me 2 tires that were paid by the company (the Tyre brand ) and I was more than happy to pay the other 2 , as it is almost 3 years ago that we purchased the car !!! I will be forever grateful for the exceptional service and care , and ALWAYS willing to take my call regarding my concerns no matter how small!!! What a GEM of a company no ****** !!!
