Our Sales person JJ was very professional, with a very strong skill in customer service and his communication is impeccable. He will definitely be an employee I would highly value in my company and be proud to present to my clients. He went over and beyond in a short amount of time and his patience in keeping us, the client at ease, is one of the reasons I will always go back to Mit Mak Motors. Our FNI Tercia isn't just the sweetest, but such a clear communicator, to my son that was the first time buyer. She explained everything to him on a level that he could easily understand and select the correct options available. Her manner of approach towards him, makes him feel he has his own financial manager now when it comes to his vehicle. JJ and Tercia restored our faith with the company that once was fractured.
