NOT TREATING YOUR CUSTOMER FAIRLY!

Its the second time we want to purchase a vehicle from Mit Mak Motors and every time we received poor service from the sales side. We were assisted by a salesman to trade in our current vehicle to purchase another vehicle. We asked for discount, because we noticed the price of the vehicle advertised is above the recommend Retail price according to trans-union and he advice us that there unable to assist with discount because they do not work according to Trans-union's recommend retail price. To advertise a vehicle R 56 900 above recommend retails is reckless lending. (The trade in is NOT worked into the quote)

He also mentioned that they definitely did not purchased the vehicle we our interested in buying for less than RETAIL(this is why they cant assist with discount), but in the same sentence they are not even willing to offer TRADE value for our trade in?

There offering R 60 000 below the recommended TRADE value and R 103 000 below recommend RETAIL value (Ps: our vehicle is in very good condition)

So basically long story short, they buy vehicles for R 60 000 less than Trade and resell them for R 60 000 above recommend Retail. So apparently its 100% normal to make more than R 100 000 profit on a client.

Please make me understand if this is treating your customer fairly? I would NOT recommend Mit Mak Motors!!!!
