Nonsense service at MitMak

I bought a car on 7 January 2016 at Mitmak. On 11 January, I had to take it back because it was leaking water. They told me it's the airconditioner. On 30 January I got stuck due to the same problem. I took the car to them and it was returned after 3 days with the promise that all is fixed. Now I'm having a clutch plate problem. I took the car to them since I was told it has 2 years warranty. The owner was so rude to me and he told me they are going to charge me for replacing the clutch plate unit. Is that fair?
