My initial impression on my first visit in 2022 was overpricing. This said however I was looking for a Corolla Cross XR Hybrid. They were 90percent of the time at all used car sales overpriced due to the supply and demand principal. Unfortunately my one vehicle was written off and I now needed to replace my 4WD. I started my search and came across this vehicle at Mit Mak and enquired. My expectations were not high as for the most part there is always a delay in response any in a number of circumstances no response or I have had to phone the dealer. To my surprise, I received instant response and the buying processed commenced. SC, the sales executive, was very good with constant updates on where Mit MAT was and where I was with financing. This was all resolved and I took delivery. One minor repair was required and I requested if possible that I bring the vehicle through and work from Mit Mak premises whole the repair took place. I was provided an office. I have dealt with many dealers in my life however the service received so far from SC and Mit Mak supercede all.
