My first experience with Mit Mak was fantastic. The whole team was patient with my demands. From the test drive, wherein Katleho allowed a thorough test drive to my satisfaction. This was then sweetened when the depot manager offered me a better driving experience of the GTi and pushed the car to the limit as proof of the quality of the car at hand. The finance team went an extra mile to accommodate my financial preferences. The quality checks on the car and inspection further reassured me that I am buying a quality vehicle. The communication from the team was overwhelming as I did not struggle for feedback and was consistently kept in the loop on the entire process. I definitely enjoyed shopping at Mit Mak and will definitely extend my relationship with them beyond this purchase.
