WOW…. It’s not often that I get to rave about a company, especially these days where it feels like everyone seems too busy to go that extra mile or give that personal touch. But hats off to Mit Mak and their team. From the word go they were extremely professional, accommodating and knowledgable. No matter what issues I had they resolved them with commitment and in a manner that made me feel cared for. A special thanks to Shaun Botha, as he took it upon himself to go the extra mile ****erally) delivering my vehicle personally, driving 1500km from Pretoria to Herm**** just because I needed that new vehicle urgently. That type of service and dedication is truly commendable and deserves praise. So thank you Shaun, even at 8:30pm you still greeted me with a smile and congratulated me on my new vehicle. You looked after me as a client and as such I want to say a huge THANK YOU!!! Also a big shout out to Pierre who assisted in my every need.
