More concerned about reviews than delivery

My car is excellent and that's the most important thing, but I did not have a pleasant experience with Mit Mak Motors. When I bought the car, I was told I would have to wait 10 days for it to be delivered. I ended up waiting 23 days during which time I didn't receive any updates until I started persistently following up. At one point I was told I would receive the car only to be told at the end of the day that it didn't pass Dekra because the tyres are worn. Then they delivered the car a few days later only to collect it the next day because all the work was not yet completed. I'm still waiting to find out when they're going to replace the door handle on the passenger side. I haven't gotten any updates on that, but I have been asked for this review 3 times, so that should give you an idea about their priorities.
