Mixed Emotions

I would have wrote a raving review a week ago but things took a slight bad turn. I bought a beautiful BMW 2019 330i G20 from Mit Mak and sales process was excellent with great communication from sales person Francois. upon delivery there was two issues with the front and back bumper resprayed, I was fine with it as it was disclosed that the are stone chips to be fixed. the paint job was badly done and car had to be taken in but only the back bumper was fixed. no due diligence done as it was so obvious to spot this...

I have since been struggling to get feedback or the care now that the sale is concluded on when this will be rectified. every time I call the sales man He is either busy or will return my call which never happens.

Real pity as until this point I was ready to recommend anyone to Mit Mak but left with a bitter pill to swallow.
