Mitmak Motors, for your complimentary coronary thrombosis!

Since purchasing a Kia for my daughter from Mitmak Motors in Pretoria North last year, I have been faced with an array of challenges. The latest includes the usual lengthy delays in response from their offices, followed by lack of internal communication and finally, the actual issue at hand: The car was delivered to us without a license disc. This was delivered weeks later. My mistake was not checking it, but assuming that the document was issued correctly. Only now do I realise my error in judgment by not checking. The license has since expired, has to be renewed and yes, you guessed it, it reflects the details of the previous owner. I emailed Marc Mullaney <***> on the 10th of Feb. A week later, I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I forwarded my email again and he in turn forwarded it to Wian Blignaut <***>; Chris Liebenberg <***>, without any greeting to me. I emailed Marc again on the 1st of March as there was still no response from either Wian or Chris. I received an email from Wian on the 2nd of March, enquiring if he could call me at 13h00 on the same day. Needless to say, he did not call me, but I had to call him. He claimed not to know what the issue was, yet he was copied in all the correspondence by Marc. I had to resend the document I sent to Marc on the 10th of February, with the promise from Wian to respond to me. Two hours later. No phone call, no email. let's see. The document I was given, expired on 2020-03-31. And is in the name of the previous owner. Read that again. I desperately regret buying into Bobby's adds on Jacaranda FM. Do not buy anything from Mitmak Motors unless you want a coronary thrombosis!
