When I went to Mik mak motors to look at a bakkie which I enquired about, I went there with two things in mind. With a need and a expectation. When I walked into the dealership office, the first person to meet me was Taygan. The very same person who I spoke to on the phone. He was great and continued to show interest in what I needed. He went beyond my expectations and in the end because of him and his excellent service I took purchase of the vehicle which I came for. This all happened on Thursday 26 November. I was only expecting the vehicle 3 to 4 days after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. Taygan remained committed to his promises. Then on Friday I received a call from him which honestly and totally stunned me. He said that he was delivering the vehicle that day. I could not believe what I heard. Then even to take it further, when it got to 7-30 at night I thought that it was to late and that I would only get the vehicle on Saturday. But then he informed me that that he was on his way and got the vehicle to me at 8.05 that night. Now that blew me away even more. I have never received such service in my life time. Is there anyone that an compete against that? Well done Taygan and keep reaching for the stars, you are the best in the way you handled the whole process and you deserve the highest recognition for your outstanding service delivered and more. Once again what a pleasure it was. And lastly my words can also be repeated for Chris who new exactly what I needed.
