Mitmak Motors are nothing but a disappointment

At first everything seemed perfect, the salesman Titus Naidoo went out if his way to assist me. However, once I signed the documents, the fairytale was over. I bought my daughter her first car. The car was released without registration plates or a permit, with an expired license disk and no NaTis certificate or spare key. I was given a LOAD of excuses and lies regarding the Natis document, the licence disk and permits. No effort was made to get the registration plates to me although I was told it would be couriered to me. Evertime it got postponed and I was told drivers aren't available, the courier can only come on Monsay etc. I am a SINGLE WORKING MOTHER and have work obligations which means I AM NOT AVAILABLE on Monday or at the drop of a Mitmak hat!! Why was the car released without these things in place? I am so disappointed I could not have believed this from Mitmak Motors!! Don't trust the promises you hear on Jakaranda FM from Mitmak motors. Rather go to City Drive My Wheels in Germiston. Michael will help you. I have learnt my lesson. Don't make the same mistake I made. Don't trust Titus and don't trust Mitmak Motors. they make THEIR PROBLEMS YOURS AND THEY MAKE THEIR RESPONSIBILTY YOURS AND THEY SEND YIUR STRESS LEVELS THROUGH THE ROOF. Get your lawyer online to explain to them the Consumer Protection Act. Tale the car back, take your money back.
