Mitmak Motors a great experience

I have been looking for a nice little car for my son something small and reliable and on inquiry this did not sound so great. I requested to talk to the DP (Tiaan) who called me back soonest to which I explained the issues. He then appointed (Marc) the GM to deal with me. On visiting the branch last week I met one of the branch managers Okert who came from the department next door and offered to assist while Marc was not available . Well now was the most amazing person to meet and be assisted feedback was constant and ongoing with pictures and videos if needed. Every query i had with the car was answered honestly with proof to the point they even contacted the buyer who purchased the car for the group and the Original owner. The car was taken to the refurbishment center where they BELIEVE me went through this car with a fine tooth comb and any defects were fixed and not a cent charged to the original price. Tiaan and Marc confirmed each time "If we said so we do it its on us. This turned out to be absolutely a great experience. My boys are over the moo and my service experience was 5 star thank you Bobby and your team. Also congratulations to a professional team behind the sales guys. Ronelda Tersia etc etc etc
