Mit MAT Motors

Good day I would like to launch a complain about MIT MAT MOTORS last year April I made a purchase of the Hyundai i10 motion and I was told that my vehicle has a 1 warranty with the dealership and if the vehicle gives me any mechanical problems I should always bring it in, so last year I made a complaint that the drivers window is not working properly and the fan Belt is always making noise so I was promised that they will assign someone to come to me and check out the vehicle till today I have been waiting so on Saturday I decided to drop off the vehicle at their warehouse in pretoria north so today I received a call from 1 of their agents telling me that they will not attend to my car because my car is due for service and I explained to the guy that I took a cover elsewhere for the service and I will drop it off once the window is fixed because it doesn't work so the agent told me that they will not attend to it and I should come and pick up my vehicle so I believe and feel like I have been ********** I was told and given false hope by the dealership, if you guys don't attend to my problems I will take this matter and launch a complain to Ombudsman
