Mit Mak Pretoria North - I am still waiting

I have bought a car (BMW 320D) from Mit Mak assisted by Given (Pretoria North) who provided none other than excellent service. His efficiency through out the deal was remarkable. However, I received the car with a list of cosmetics that need to be done because it was taking too long due to delay of parts ordered (they said). Mit Mak staff promised to book the car in before Easter holidays to fit the parts. To date nothing has been done. The parts as mentioned above are 1. A rubber on the inside of driver's door, 2. A/C enclosure facing the backseats, 3. Polishing of tyre rim (remove black marks). No follow-up nor feedback. I am deeply disappointed as a client.
