Superb experience from start to finish! I first interacted with this company on Monday, 2022-11-14 where I met Arno. Let me tell you - all the staff here are friendly and more than willing to help. Arno is still a trainee salesman but shows great potential to move up in this company. I mostly dealt with Arno and also Marco who is a valuator. This guy really went out of his way to negotiate the best possible price for my trade in vehicle. I really put these guys through the motions with requests, questions, etc - they never failed to come to back to me, even after hours. I also interacted with Desire on 2022-11-18 to sign documents - very professional and friendly lady. My car was delivered to me at my residence on 2022-11-17 with a substantial amount of fuel.
