MIT mak motors really dissapointed me. I never expected such treatment from them the looked professional.

I bought a Mercedes Benz C180 Amg in April for cash R427000 an the car had a service symbol on the cluster. Quinton our sales person promised to service the car and replace the headlight as it had a crack, the car was delivered but the car was delivered with a cracked light and he said they ordered the light they will replace it. Later that week I called him and took the car back to him because he had excuses to about being busy. After few day they brought the car back with a second hand light.... I took the car in for diagnostic at Lenasia Mercedes Benz only to find out that the car was not serviced, the front Tyre was patched from inside with a gatter on the side wall as it always had slow punch. We bought the Tyre and serviced the car. I went back to them for the light, on th 24 of October I left the car with Ernest the workshop manager and he confirmed that the car was not serviced before delivery, he took the old Tyre, we gave him the invoices for service for refund and promised to also replace the light. After 2 weeks which is last week Thursday the car was delivered with the old light full of silicone inside, I'm now told the light is 50k to buy,,, but when I shop around the light is 12k. Till today my car is still at MIT mak... I've even resorted to persue a legal way,.
