I want to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for one of your employees, Mrs. Giselle, whose outstanding service has made me smile when I feel all hope is lost. Last year, I purchased a vehicle from MIT MAK Motors with great excitement and confidence while repeated vehicle breakdowns can understandably test any customer's patience, there is one constant throughout every unfortunate incident that deserves special recognition and that Giselle. From the very first breakdown up to this latest event, Giselle has consistently been the person who has stepped forward to assist, guide, reassure, and support me through every challenge. In South Africa where excellent customer service is a hopeful dream, Giselle delivers on every possible positive standard and has exceeded my expectations by far. She has consistently kept me informed, followed up when necessary, and treated my concerns with the respect and importance that every customer hopes for but seldom receives.
