The staff (Andries and Gerhard) are friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a slight mix-up with the car, however, the branch manager (Gerhard) was on hand to show professionalism and reassurance. Go out of their way to ensure that the client feels secure and comfortable. Communication is very good. Their cars are in impeccable condition.
