Faulty car sold to me:

While I appreciate the efforts of the service team in attempting to rectify the issues with my car, I can't overlook the significant disappointment I've experienced with this motor company. The car I purchased turned out to be faulty after 3 months of purchase, and despite the diligent efforts of the service team, the problems persist even after multiple visits.

It's clear that the service team is doing their best within their capabilities, and I genuinely appreciate their commitment to resolving the issues. However, the underlying problem remains that I was sold a car that was defective, which is an issue that cannot be overlooked.

While I'm grateful for the efforts of the service team, the overall experience has been marred by the fact that I've been sold a faulty vehicle. Moving forward, I hope the motor company takes steps to ensure that such incidents are minimized, and customers can trust in the quality of the products they're purchasing.
