Mit Mak Motors and John Pholo excel

I recently bought a 2008 Jeep from Mit Mak Motors, sight unseen - I was in the Western Cape and didn't have time to go to Pretoria to see it. The entire experience with Mit Mak Motors was outstanding, from start to finish, in large part due to the terrific service provided by my main contact there, John Pholo. He was extremely responsive, friendly, honest, trustworthy, and forthright. I very quickly came to trust him - and this was essential because, after all, I was contemplating buying a used car without seeing it or taking it for a test drive. He made the whole experience a breeze - patiently dealing with my every question and requests and always getting back to me promptly, day or night. Having bought several new BMW's in my time, I always thought of the BMW representative as setting the standard for professionalism and excellence in the car industry. And yes they are and they do. But I'd put John Pholo of Mit Mak Motors up with the very best of them - such was the extraordinary care and professionalism he exemplified. I have since received my Jeep (which John arranged tone shipped to me in Cape Town) and it, too, has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Mit Mak Motors and in particular thank you John Pholo!
