Miscommunication

I must say that I'm disappointed with my overall experience with MitMak Motors. After arriving at the dealership yesterday at 13:45, I was told that I'm not 1st in line to purchase the vehicle. I understand salesman need to keep their options open. After the test drive, I was told that the interested buyer had until 14:44 to make some sort of payment to secure the vehicle which I'm assuming never happened because then I was told that the interested buyer had until 18:00 to secure the payment. At 15:00, I make the R5000 deposit to secure the purchase of the vehicle if the interested buyer deal falls through. At 19:20, I received a phone call to inform me that I'm officially 1st in line to purchase the vehicle . The following morning at 07:52, receive the Offer to Purchase for the vehicle and confirm a time to pick up the vehicle later in the day. At 09:18, I receive a call to be told the vehicle has been sold. For a company that boasts about its excellent service, I must say that this was a letdown.
