Mini Cooper Faulty Engine

I purchased a vehicle from Mit Mak Motors in May 2021. From the day the vehicle got delivered to me it had faults. It had black smoke coming out of the exhaust, the driver door wasn't locking, the tires were not road worthy and the car kept swaying off the road because the control arms and ball joints were faulty. The sunroof was leaking and there was a cable hanging from the rear tyre on the drivers side (some sort f sensor). I raised all these complaints with the dealership but they always keep playing cat and mouse games with me. Always delaying to pick up the car or when they do pick it up not all issues have been resolved, resulting in this situation dragging on for over a year. They are not truthful and transparent with what they have done to the car because every time I ask for a detailed email of what work they have done they never do send me that report. Or if they do respond to my whatsapp queries they will just send me a random quotation (e.g. I got sent a quotation for work done on 16inch tyre rims, buy my rim is 18inch. They constantly lie to me and my car has spent more time in their workshop than it has done with me yet I pay for it every month. I have asked for a replacement and they are refusing. There as a point when they had my car for 3 and a half months with me following up all the time. They say they had some work done on the car but they wont give me a detailed report of what was worked on in the engine and what's the warranty on the work that they have done. They always promise to send you an email and they never do. I have reached out to the CEO Bobby Petkov and all I get is to be referred to different people all the time. I have asked countless times to have a sit down/ meeting with them but nothing ever materializes of my request. I must give it to them though. Their workshop will paint those cars to look like a million bucks but the insides of the car (engine)????? My car engine is just something else. I have had enough with the back and forth for close to 2 years. I was told that I get a 2 year warranty with my purchase of the car, now what happens to that warranty when it expires yet the engine fault hat came with my car persists????? Who must fix it??? The engine problem was there when I bought the car. And if I get told after over 3 months of them sitting with my car that they have fixed it yet a couple of km later the problem shows up again what must happen? They always take my car in for "repairs "with a full tank and always returns it on empty tank. I get told they will replace my fuel but they never do.

I am writing this review with a broken heart because I still don't have my car . It is in for "repairs" I am so livid with this dealership and you know what they do, they will give you a branded courtesy car in order for you to "advertise" for them while you drive but I am left with no choice because I need a car to get to and from work (must be nice for them). I want a teams meeting with Bobby, Herme Visser, Marc, Tiaan Viljoen and everybody that has been giving me the run around about getting my car in a drivable condition. I am a woman in South Africa and will not want to find myself stuck on the side of the road with this car of their (it has happened before on the N4), I am not trying to get ****** or killed on the side of the road due to their lack of their after sales service to their customers.
