Marco, going the extra mile.

I was looking for a trusted vehicle buyer that would give me a fair price for my 2017 C200 Mercedes and had a few ridiculous offers that came in and then received a reasonable offer from a company that I was going to accept. Well that was until I was contacted by the friendly staff at Mit Mak Motors who gave me an indication of what they would be willing to offer and on the higher end of their offer I would be better off, so I decided to allow them to come and to view my vehicle. Shortly after the lady from their offices phoned their buyer and contacted me and within a few hours after my initial conversation with the office staff the buyer Marco da Silva was at my door. He was friendly and professional and his attention to detail surprised me. After a thorough inspection and a test drive, an offer was made. The offer was fair but was less than my other offer. So I declined the offer and Marco said that he would see what he could do for me. I gave him a bottom-line price and was not going to accept anything less. Within a few minutes after Marco left, he phoned me to confirm that they would be willing to purchase my vehicle for my asking price. Once all details around pickup and payment were discussed and agreed to I quickly received the offer in writing and proceeded to get all the required details together. I'm glad to say that I had a pleasant experience overall and can compliment Marco for all the extra effort to make a client happy. I don't deal in cars but have owned over 35 vehicles over the years.
