*Mahlatsi Nkoana* was very informative and helpful. I felt comforted by the fact that she cared about what I needed as much as I did. She helped with letting my guard down. Having been burnt in the past, and having had a lemon BMW before, it helped knowing that the person helping me knew more about the car than just it's colour
