Low ball offer
Will definitely never use there service again. Offers me 100k less than the same car they have for sale with the same millage and age ...all because they want to do thousands or Rands of repairs even though the car has been checked and serviced by the manufacturer and even had the vehicle checked by a panelbeater because according to mitmak the car was repainted ...luckily the panelbeater confirmed apparently from the fender that we had fix for a scratch the vehicle was never repainted or in a accident. They are quick to say how bad your car is but they themselves never do any maintenance anyway ...worst service ever

29 Jun 2022, 06:58I'm fine with you not being interested in the car but when your mit mak buyer open lies about stuff on my car ,not the first time I had a bad experience this is now the 3rd time Mitmak has been dishonest. On 3 occasions you sold cars that we had deposits on because they other people put in bigger deposits after me because that's how mitmak works
.so if you want a car even if another customer is getting financing you can just pay the bribe and the car is yours ..and this happend x3 times .I have lucky decided to rather keep my kar as the standard of today's car salesmen is very questionable.

29 Jun 2022, 07:05And now let's talk about the deposits, what a **** show to get that back ...took 2 weeks for then to make a payment back to me ...they constantly want to sell you a car the this lady is off then that guy needs to sign off ...I have to literally drive down and make a scene...ten sec later money payed ...so anyone buying a car there be careful, they are just like any other car dealer they even force you to take a extended warranty for a huge amount when you van vry one from your endurance for like R200 a month ....yet again they are just there to stick it to the customer
