Lies, lies and more lies

So I saw a car on their website, and phoned to go and view it. Was told by the receptionist she couldnt tell me where the car was to view but a salesman would contact me. A while later Willie phoned me and told me the car was at "recon" so that they could go through the car from head to toe. A weekend passed and Willie couldnt tell me when I could test drive the car, when I could see the car or anything. Two days later he sent me a message saying the car would be able to be viewed "within four to five days" and that the recon would then be finished. I wasn't happy but accepted it and said I would wait. Then no word at all, and after five days I called and was told the car was sold while it was at recon, allegedly without the buyer even seeing the car. What perturbs me is that I was kept on a line the whole time when I now doubt the car was ever at the recon, and if their story is true, why could they not have informed me they had an offer on the car? Now they want to ask me if i want to see another car on their website? What guarantee do I have the same thing wont happen again. They may advertise and claim all these wonderful reviews on hello peter, but my experience was shocking to say the least. I'm stunned by this - either they **** from the beginning or they have no customer service at all.
