Impressive before and after sales service received from Karl. Went to the dealership looking for a specific model with certain specs which they didn't have at the time of my inquiry. Karl asked me to give him a week to find a car that met my requirements. 3 days later Karl was sending me photos of a car that ticked all the boxes. Karl kept me up to date with progress, even sending me teaser photos and videos of the car whilst it was being reconditioned. Impressed that the dealership has their own reconditioning centre to fix car before the new owner takes delivery. Quality of work carried out is excellent, as someone who saw you driving your new set of wheels would find it hard to believe that the car was a second hand car, as these guys at MIT Mak ensure your drive away with a car that is in pristine condition.
