Just know you will wait

i bought a car in January from Mit Mak. I have had a problem with their service and especially their after sales service. I do understand that it is a big company but a quick message to keep you updated will so very welcome.

I had an issue with my car and although i do understand them not paying for oil leaks after the sale of the vehicle i would have appreciated it had they informed me a week ago they would not be paying the bill on the repairs in order for me to then make arrangements to have it paid and collect my car standing in the Audi workshop since 13 days ago, surely it should be common knowledge among the service staff that a common problem like an oil leak is not covered by the warrantee and i would not have been stressing about transport to and from work for the last two weeks as the matter would have been resolved within a day or two with the payment.

I am looking at buying my daughter a car and will not be making use of Mit Mak for this.
