I was pleasantly surprised in how well our vehicle buying experience was managed, from viewing through to taking delivery of the vehicle. The video message from the CEO and the key handover celebration was a nice touch.I want to mention the sales person,Dean Badenhorst, as his friendly, calm, transparent and professional interactions with us and his role as the go-between amongst the various departments at MitMak motors to answers our questions, address our concerns and expedite matters is commendable. The aspect that prevented a higher rating was the fact that the pre-delivery inspection and final cleaning of vehicle missed things I had to point out. The necessary corrective actions were taken without any hesitation.
