I recently purchased a new car and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Mahlatsi. She was truly amazing from start to finish. She responded to all my messages quickly, and her caring, friendly and patient approach made the entire process effortless. I didn’t even need to go into the dealership to get things started — she handled everything smoothly and professionally. We also got to meet the famous Uncle Bobby. Without even introducing ourselves, he knew exactly who we were and what car we were collecting that day, which added a fun and personal touch to the experience. The only negative I can mention is that my “collection party” was a bit disappointing. There were no flowers, champagne or gift basket — things I honestly expected when buying a brand-new car. We did, however, get two Uncle Bobby T-shirts, but I was hoping for a little more effort for such a big purchase. Overall, Mahlatsi was an absolute star and truly made the buying process a breeze.
