I bought a Ford Fiesta ST from Mit Mak Motors in September 2025. Sales rep Dean Badenhorst promised the car was "immaculate," but my experience has been a nightmare. Do not trust their pre-delivery inspection (PDI). They delivered the car with a slipping clutch (which they later replaced), an outstanding timing belt service (which they paid for), wrecked shock mounts they just greased up to hide, and low transmission fluid despite the PDI claiming it was full. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for bubbled tires, a dead battery, brake issues, and heavy paint defects temporarily masked by polish. In just 7 months, the car has been to 6 different workshops, frequently leaving me without transport. Despite my legal consumer rights, they completely rejected my request for a full refund within the 6-month window. Mit Mak is all about marketing. Approach with extreme caution and take any vehicle to an independent mechanic before handing over your money!
