Horrible after sales service

BEWARE.... Bought a FIAT 500L (Inv16792) from MIT Mak Motors on 12 September 2022. Paid cash for the vehicle on the 10th of September and received it on the 12th. Paid for the license and registration and took out additional cover on vehicle that MitMak Motors sells with all their vehicles..... I was told because I live in Limpopo I need to go register the vehicle and pay for license and registration and then they will refund me. It never happened even after sending the invoices for cost numerous times. Then on 15 September 3 days after receiving the car it rained and I noticed the roof lining was wet. The vehicle has a glass roof that can't be opened. I reported it right away to MitMak and they promised to get it sorted by collecting vehicle and get it repaired. That never happened. Then I was asked to supply quotes for the repairs, I did that and sent everything on. More than 30 emails and numerous calls later I am still waiting for them to vome to the party and pay the pannelbeaters the money to get the vehicle fixed. I have even email the CEO Bobby and still nothing happens..... It's almost 6 months later and still no outcome. DO NOT TRUST THEIR NUMBER ONE STATUS ON HELLOPETER. They only get it because the sales people ask you to write a review the same day on HelloPeter.. And if you don't they will phone you the next day asking you again to do that. They are fast selling you a vehicle but for after sales service is non existing.
