Holding Deposit Not Returned

I made an enquiry about a particular vehicle on their showroom. I was asked to pay a holding deposit in order secure the vehicle for 48 hrs in case I wanted to go ahead and buy the car.

Sadly, I couldn't buy the vehicle although it was in a good condition. Their policy says the holding deposit gets returned to you immediately if you end up not buying the vehicle. However, I haven't received mine, 48 hours later.
