Herme saves the day

This review went from a 1 star to a 5 star when I met Herme, I was about to cancel the buy when Herme called me and offered his help. I can explain everything here but I choose not to look at the bad that happen if the end result is good

Herme is an asset to Mit Mak Motors, my wife bought her first car and if it was not for Herme the experience would have been very unpleasant.

Herme I cannot thank you enough for saving this and giving us the sales experience that we expected, even though this was not your sale you took accountability and delivered on every promise you made.
