Great service

I was assisted by JJ Phoolo. It was such a pleasure to have him through the journey. He’s a good gent, attentive and tries his best to give clients peace of mind with their purchase.

I’m not happy with the dealership’s policy of insisting that if outside finance is obtained, the financing bank must pay before the client can take the car. It honestly ruined the experience for me, and I assume, other clients. I think the company should engage the banking stakeholders and find a constructive solution to this. This specific experience was horrible.
