Great purchasing experience despite hiccups

I recently bought a 2021 Mahindra Pik Up S6 from Mitmak Pretoria North. I was very pleased with the outcome and have found all staff top notch, except for the salesman I was dealing with. He is truly a last-minute man and could've made things much easier if he was properly prepared, e.g. by finding out which banks were involved with payments (cash transactions) and providing correct banking details of Mitmak's receiving accounts, what additional proofs of ID were required for these transactions (which I had to hurry around collecting at last minute), and then taking steps and responsibility for the new car sound system to be installed (which was paid for about 7 days before the final transactions). He simply moved the job onto someone else without leaving any instructions, and then forgot about it until I said I was on my way to pick up the vehicle. Moreover he then tried to blame someone else. The someone else (called Lesedi) actually saved the day and made all arrangements to have the job done in record time, and did it in a professional and courteous manner. Nonetheless I am happy with the excellent service of everyone involved in the transaction, and so far I am also very happy with the vehicle I purchased. I'd just encourage Mitmak to point customers to salespersons other than this chap, whose name they know.
