Good cars and service

Quintin was excellent - always responsive and doing his best to resolve matters. The car we bought is excellent. I would say that the sales process is a little bit like an auction which I didn’t love and the after sales service needs work. Finer attention to details like getting docs to us without having to follow up would make a good experience really great, but this is a systemic process issue between departments. Quintin, our sales person, was one of the most efficient car sales people I have dealt with and I could rely on him to respond quickly and go the extra mile to resolve my questions.
