I would like to share my experience with Mit Mak Motors.

I purchased a Jetour X70 Plus after trading in my Polo Gti. I received a great deal on the trade in and was happy. We proceeded with the deal on the X70 Plus.

To be very honest, the deal went south there. So much went wrong. I was very unhappy. I voiced my concerns to uncle Bobby and he acted with speed to resolve the issues created by the salesperson.

Uncle Bobby assigned Giselle McIntosh and Henry Hughes to assist with resolving the issues. The issues were process issues related to the vehicle and not issues with the actual vehicle.

Giselle and Henry contacted me and held my hand throughout the process of rectifying the issues. They were friendly, reliable, trustworthy and focused on resolving the issues.

They kept to their promise and resolved all issues and returned me to being a happy customer, as one would expect from Mit Mak.

I believe Giselle and Henry went over and above to turn and irate, angry and irritated customer to being a customer who is happy with the product delivered and has his faith restored in Mit Mak.

Would I purchase from them again? Definitely.

We need to remember that sometimes things go wrong in business but in the words of Giselle and Henry: "Don't judge us by what went wrong, judge us by how we fixed it".

So to uncle Bobby, Giselle and Henry, thank you for keeping to your word, for giving my situation the attention it needed and for turning the solution around and not just running away from the problem.
