FRIENDLY FACE - DONE DEAL

So, I placed my vehicle on an auction on weelee and there was a dealership in Menlyn who had the highest bid to buy my vehicle. So I am from Vryburg and arranged that I would bring the vehicle through and I gathered all the relevant documentation as requested per email and sent it through. On my way to Pretoria Reinier Roos from Mit Mak Motors gave me a very friendly call requesting that when Im done at the one place he would like to see the vehicle. Upon my arrival at this dealership in Menlyn I saw through the window a lady sitting at the desk, I then called the number to ask where should go and I saw that the number I called was the lady sitting at the desk. I saw how she picked up her cell looked at the phone and then put her phone on the table. Lateron I went then inside and if you help a client at least be friendly, but not at all. They wasted my time and money because the offer they gave me was much much lower. I disregarded their offer and called Reinier who told me that he will come and fetch me and escourt me to their place where they will inspect the vehicle and make me an offer. Upon his arrival I never came across someone so helpful and was very very pleased with his service. They made me a very good offer and I accepted. I would recommend Mit Mak Motors and their personel to anyone who might want to buy a vehicle or sell their vehicle. Renier Roos you made me a very happy client and look forward to doing business with you in future.
