Ford Kuga Ambiente 1.6 T Ecoboost

I bought a Ford Kuga from Mit Mak Motors in March 2023. Although the brand and model was hugely criticized by people in the past, I think it is a very underrated vehicle. Never the less I experienced a problem with the Auto Stop Start function in December 2023 as well as two other problems. Being disappointed by a Ford Dealership I phoned Mr. Dimitri on 28 December and asked him for a appointment on 29 December. Mr. Dimitri immediately agreed to a appointment to discuss the problems. He arranged that my car will be booked in on 8 January 2024. A courtesy vehicle was also arranged for me. Mr. Karel and Mr. Henry were in charge at the Mit Mak Depot of all the work that needed to be done on my car. I received my car one and a half weeks later with all the work being done to it and more as other problems were also identified which I didn't even knew about. I was also kept up to date while the work was carried out. I would like to use this platform to say thank you again to you three gentleman. You guys are next level and makes driving a car bought from Mit Mak Motors a pleasure!!!!!!
