Fast, Efficient Service when buying a vehicle all by whatsapp

I had great service when purchasing my vehicle from Francois and Charles. All engagement was done through whatsapp which made my life a lot easier rather than taking calls or answering emails. My only negative would be that I think unrealistic expectations may have been set for the vehicle I was trading in, which did not materialize.
